A lot of CrossCulture’s work is with real teams, usingĀ individualĀ profiles rather than nationality generalisations. Research has shown that most diverse teams fail, but the best-performing teams of all are also diverseā€¦

The slideshow below explores the cultural dynamics of some members of our team at CrossCulture. Even though the majority is British, some of us are affected by coming from multicultural families and by having lived abroad – so there is still plenty of diversity in personal styles.
